Product Overview:
KXNOF-2 high-strength pumping agent is a high-efficiency water-reducing pumping agent made of β-naphthyl iodate formaldehyde condensate as the main ingredient and compounded with special polymer. It can be widely used in commercial concrete, pumping concrete, high-rise buildings, railroads, highway bridges, tunnels, underground works, water conservancy and electric power projects, large volume concrete, high-strength concrete and pre-stressed steel reinforcement concrete projects. This product has various technical indexes exceeding the standard of “pumping agent” in GB8076-2008.

Main Technical Performance:
◎The dosage is 0.6-1.2% (powder form) or 1.5-2.5% (liquid form) of the cementitious material, achieving a water reduction rate of 20-25%.
◎By incorporating this product, the concrete slump can increase by more than 10cm. Under the same cement and slump conditions, the concrete strength can reach 60-70% of the design strength in 3 days and 100% in 7 days. The 28-day strength is 30-40% higher than that without the additive.
◎High plastic retention, with minimal loss of concrete slump over time. There is virtually no loss after 60 minutes and a loss of 10-20mm after 90 minutes, making it suitable for long-distance transportation and pumping construction. It improves the workability, non-segregation, and non-bleeding of concrete, thereby enhancing its impermeability, frost resistance, durability, and other indicators. The physical and mechanical properties of hardened concrete are significantly improved, making it suitable for the preparation of high-performance concrete.
◎It has a good retarding effect, which can alleviate the heat release peak during cement hydration, preventing thermal cracks in concrete and benefiting large-volume concrete construction. The retarding time can be adjusted according to project requirements.
◎This product is chloride-free and low-alkali, with no corrosive effect on steel bars and no risk of alkali-aggregate reaction.
Application Technical Key Points:
◎Please follow the regulations in the "Technical Code for Application of Concrete Admixtures" during construction.
◎Due to its retarding effect, the dosage should be strictly controlled during field application.
◎Accurate measurement is required when adding this product. Repeated or omitted addition is strictly prohibited.
◎To ensure optimal results, it is recommended that users conduct trial mixing tests to determine the optimal dosage and addition method based on specific project conditions, especially when using this product for the first time or switching cement types.
◎This admixture is added dry, mixed with aggregates before adding water. For liquid products, add them once after water mixing and stir again.
◎When combined with high-quality fly ash and silica fume, it can be used to prepare high-strength concrete above C50.
Packaging and Storage:
◎This product is packaged in woven bags lined with plastic film, with a weight of 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag for powder form, and in sealed iron drums with a weight of 200kg/drum for liquid form.
◎Store in a cool, dry place, protected from rain, moisture, and damage.
◎The validity period is two years. After expiration, it can still be used if it passes the concrete test.
