Product Overview:
KD6 type concrete curing agent is continuous phase is water, dispersed phase is C-C combined film-forming substances, and with other organic additives synthesis, when this agent coated on the surface of the new molding concrete, decomposition, the formation of a chemical film, covering the surface of the concrete, to prevent the new molding of the concrete in the free water prematurely, excessive evaporation, so as to ensure that the cement of the full hydration, and to achieve the purpose of self-conservation.

Main Technical Performance:
◎Moisture loss on the concrete surface is less than 0.55kg/m2. It can delay the temperature rise rate of mass concrete and prevent cracks.
◎When using this product for concrete curing, it can prevent the evaporation of effective mixing water in the concrete, allowing the cement to hydrate fully, reducing concrete shrinkage and cracking, and improving its performance.
◎It has the advantages of simple construction and water conservation.
Scope of Application:
◎Suitable for large-area pavement projects such as highways, airport runways, cargo yards, parking lots, etc.
◎Can be used in large-scale monolithic cast-in-place concrete projects, such as workshops, chimneys, etc., using lift-slab and slipform construction methods.
◎Applicable to structures and products with complex configurations and irregular cross-sections.
◎Suitable for cement concrete projects where traditional curing methods are difficult to apply.
Application Technical Key Points:
◎Each kilogram of curing agent can be sprayed on an area of 20 square meters.
◎For optimal spraying results, maintain a distance of 30cm between the spray nozzle and the concrete surface.
◎This curing agent is suitable for concrete construction above 50°C.
◎Properly grasp the spraying time. Spraying too early can affect film formation, causing bleeding and powdering of the concrete surface. Spraying too late can lead to concrete cracks.
◎This curing agent can be diluted at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 to control the thickness of the sprayed film. Spray in sequence to avoid missing areas, and can be sprayed twice if necessary.
Packaging and Storage:
◎This product is packaged in 200kg iron drums, or customized packaging as agreed.
◎Store in sealed iron drums. When stored at temperatures not lower than 0°C, the shelf life is one year.
◎Keep this product from frost.
