Application Technical Key Points:
◎This product has a wide range of adaptability to cement. Please conduct an optimal dosage test for the cement used in the project before use.
◎It is recommended to reduce 10% of the water usage when mixing concrete, and use the reduced water to dilute the accelerator, which helps improve the workability of the sprayed concrete, enhance the working surface, and make the concrete surface smooth and aesthetic.
◎Feed the mixed concrete into the spray machine and add the accelerator outside the nozzle.
◎If the cement has been stored for too long or the construction conditions are poor, the dosage should be appropriately increased.
◎When used in combination with a water-reducing agent, the effect is even better, satisfying the requirements of high-grade sprayed concrete.
Packaging and Storage:
◎This product is slightly acidic and should be avoided from being stored together with alkaline materials.
◎It should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place with a validity period of 90 days.
◎The product is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 250kg or customized packaging as agreed.
Main Technical Indicators:
◎This product is a yellowish-brown liquid. The recommended dosage is 3-7% (based on the weight of cement), which should be adjusted according to the difference in cement composition.
◎The spray rebound rate of this product is less than 10%, and its later strength does not decrease, which is conducive to saving raw materials.
Precautions:
◎Stir well before use for better results.
◎Construction personnel should wear protective equipment. If contact with skin occurs, rinse immediately with water.
