DS-4 air-entraining water reducing agent is mainly composed of water reducing and air-entraining components. It is suitable for waterworks, culverts, tunnels, bridges, roads, highways, large volume and other concrete projects.

Technical performance and characteristics

1、This product is brown powder for powder, and brown liquid for water agent.

2、Water reduction rate is 15%~25%. In the case of keeping the water-cement ratio and slump of concrete unchanged and reducing the amount of cement by about 15%, the 7d and 28d strength of concrete is not reduced and slightly improved.

3, the amount of air-entraining 3% ~ 5% (adjustable), the introduction of air bubbles uniformly, can improve the compatibility of concrete, improve the seepage and frost resistance of concrete.

4、The difference between the initial and final setting time is between -60~+120min.

5、After mixing, the antifreeze grade of concrete is ≥D200.

Usage

1. The common dosage is 0.5%~1.0% of cement dosage. The dosage of water agent is 1.5%~2.5% of the cement dosage.

2、It is better to join with mixing water, and slightly extend the mixing time about 15s.

Packing and storage

1, Powder is packed in inner plastic bag and outer woven bag, with net mass of 25kg per bag, while water is packed in 200kg~1000kg barrels or shipped by tanker truck.

2、Stored in ventilated and cool warehouse, liquid products can be stored in pool.

3、The effective retention period of the product is 2 years, and it can still be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
