DS-5 composite antifreeze is a non-chlorine salt antifreeze, which has no corrosion hazards to the steel reinforcement, and has the functions of antifreeze, early strength, water reduction and pumping, and is suitable for the winter concrete construction in the area with the lowest daily temperature of -15℃ or above.

Technical performance and characteristics

1、It can reduce the freezing point of water in concrete to prevent concrete from freezing, and at the same time make concrete still retain some free water under negative temperature to continue hydration.

2、Water reduction rate of 14~18%.

3、Improve the early strength of low-temperature concrete, 3d and 7d strength can be increased by more than 40%.

4、No corrosion effect on steel reinforcement.

Usage

1、When the temperature is greater than -5℃, the dosage of both powder and water is 2.0%~2.5% of the cement dosage, and the dosage of -5℃~-15℃ is 2.0%~4.0%.

2、When mixing concrete, add it together with cement aggregate, dry mix for more than 30s, then add water and mix for 2 min.

3、Before use, it should be tested by trial mixing to determine the concrete ** proportion.

Packing and storage

1, Powder is packed in double layers with inner plastic and outer braid, each bag weighs 50kg, while aqueous agent is packed in 200kg~1000kg drums or shipped by tanker trucks.

2、Store in ventilated and dry warehouse.

3、The shelf life of the product is 2 years, and it can be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
