DS-12 pre-stressing pipeline grouting agent has multiple effects such as water reduction, expansion, enhancement, plasticity preservation and reduction of slurry urination, etc. It is suitable for the preparation of pre-stressing holes in highways, railroads and other concrete projects, such as compression slurry or grout. The product is non-toxic, non-combustible and does not contain chlorides or other corrosive components.

Usage

1、Trial mixing before use to determine ** proportion, dosage range 8%~10%, recommended dosage is 10%, water-cement ratio 0.26~0.28.

2, add mixing water in the mixer, start the mixer, add all the slurry evenly, mix while adding, then add all the cement evenly. After adding all the powder, mix continuously for 5~10min.

3, the continuation time of cement slurry from mixing to pressing into the hole should not be more than 40min. keep continuous mixing during the use of slurry.

Precautions

1. The temperature of the slurry should be maintained between 5℃~35℃ during slurry pressing, otherwise measures should be taken to meet the conditions.

2、Prestressing pipe slurry, water and cement should be weighed accurately, and water should be added strictly according to the determined water-cement ratio, and the amount of water added should not be adjusted arbitrarily.

3. The rotational speed of the mixer should be not less than 1000r/min, the shape of the mixing blade should be matched with the rotational speed, the linear speed of its blade should not be less than 10m/s, and the maximum linear speed should be limited to 20m/s, and it should be able to meet the requirement of uniform mixing in the specified time.

4、The storage tank for temporary storage of slurry should also have the function of stirring, and should be set up with the filter mesh size not larger than 3mm.

5, the slurry machine should be used piston type continuous operation of the slurry pump, the minimum index value of the pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.1MPa, ** range should be made so that the actual working pressure in the range of 25% to 75% of the range of the model. The wind pressure type slurry pump shall not be used for hole slurry.

6, vacuum-assisted grouting process used in the vacuum pump should be able to achieve a negative pressure of 0.10MPa.

7. Other precautions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant technical specifications of prestressed pipeline orifice grouting.

Packing and storage

1、The product is packed in plastic woven bag with inner liner, net weight 25kg.

2、Store in dry and ventilated warehouse.

3、Product shelf life of 2 years, over the period of qualified inspection can still be used.
