DS-11 prestressing high-performance pipe slurry is mainly composed of cement, high-performance additives, supplemented by a variety of mineral modification components and polymer materials. During construction, it can be directly stirred with water, featuring low water-cement ratio, high fluidity, zero water secretion, micro-expansion and good durability. Widely used in various beams pre-stressing pipe grouting and equipment foundation, anchor and other components grouting, but also can be used for nuclear power plant shell grouting, concrete loose, cracks and holes and other defects repair.

Product characteristics

Usage

1、Use directly with water, water-cement ratio 0.26~0.28.

2, add mixing water in the mixer, turn on the mixer, uniformly add all the pressure slurry, mixing time 5~10min.

3, pressure slurry slurry since the mixing is completed to the continuation of the pressure into the hole time should not exceed 40min. slurry in the use of the process to maintain continuous mixing.

Precautions

1. The temperature of the slurry should be kept between 5℃~35℃ during slurry pressing, otherwise measures should be taken to meet the conditions.

2、Prestressing pipe slurry and water should be weighed accurately, and water should be added strictly according to the determined water-cement ratio, and the amount of water added should not be adjusted arbitrarily.

3. The rotational speed of the mixer should be not less than 1000r/min, the shape of the mixing blade should match the rotational speed, the linear speed of its blade should not be less than 10m/s, and the highest linear speed should be limited to 20m/s, and it should be able to meet the requirement of mixing uniformly within the specified time.

4、The storage tank for temporary storage of slurry should also have the function of stirring, and should be set up with the filter mesh size not larger than 3mm.

5, the slurry machine should be used piston type continuous operation of the slurry pump, the minimum index value of the pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.1MPa, ** range should be made so that the actual working pressure in the range of 25% to 75% of its range. The wind pressure type slurry pump shall not be used for hole slurrying.

6、Vacuum pump used in vacuum-assisted grouting process should be able to achieve a negative pressure of 0.10MPa.

7. Other precautions shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the technical specifications for prestressed pipeline orifice grouting.

Packing and storage

1、The product is packed in plastic woven bag with inner liner, net weight 25kg.

2、Stored in dry and ventilated warehouse.

3、Shelf life of 3 months, can still be used after passing the inspection, but not more than 6 months.
