DS-6 liquid alkali-free quick-setting agent is suitable for concrete or mortar sprayed by wet method, featuring no dust and low rebound rate. It is suitable for concrete of ** and temporary support works.

3、The initial setting time of net mortar is ≤5min, and the final setting time of net mortar is <12min.

Usage

1、The recommended dosage is 6%~9% of cement dosage.

2、Deduct 60% of the water consumption of the quality of quick-setting agent when it is used.

Before use, carry out trial mixing test for the cement used in the project, and determine the suitable dosage before using in large quantities, 3, 4, strengthen the early spraying maintenance to ensure the strength of the later period.

Packing and storage

1、Packed in iron drum or plastic drum, 200~250kg per drum; or in bulk in tanker truck.

2、Stored in ventilated, cool special warehouse or fixed place, avoid exposure to sunlight or freezing.

3、The shelf life of the product is 3 months, it can still be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
