Technical performance and characteristics

1、It has significant early strength effect, concrete compressive strength ratio: 1d is more than 98%, 3d is more than 98%, 7d is more than 98%.

2、It has a certain degree of frost resistance, and can be used in cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete with temperature above -5℃℃.

3、Powder is light gray powder, water is brown liquid. Powder and water in the performance of a slight difference in the effect of early strength of water is better than the powder, and the late strength is not reduced or slightly increased!

Usage

1、The common mixing amount of powder is 1.0%~2.0% of cement dosage, and the common mixing amount of water dosage is 1.5%~2.5% of cement dosage.

2、When the powder is mixed dry, the mixing time should be extended appropriately.

Packing and storage

1、Powder is packed in inner plastic bag and outer woven bag, with net mass of 50kg per bag, water is packed in 200kg~1000kg barrels or shipped by tanker truck.

2、Store in ventilated and cool warehouse.

3、The effective retention period of the product is 2 years, and it can still be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
