Technical performance and characteristics

1, strong plasticizing function, can make the concrete slump from 3~7cm to 15~20cm, water retention, adhesion and pumpability significantly improved.

2, trace air-entraining, air-entraining amount of 3% ~ 5%, can improve the impermeability and durability of concrete.

3, in the case of keeping the water-cement ratio and slump of concrete unchanged and reducing the cement dosage by more than 15%, the 7d and 28d strength of concrete will not be reduced and slightly improved.

Usage method

1. The common mixing amount of powder is 0.5%~1.2% of cement dosage. The common dosage of aqueous agent is 1.5%~2.5% of cement dosage.

2、Powder can be mixed dry, extend the mixing time appropriately.

3, the first use of this product, please use the site of the raw materials for concrete trial mixing test, in order to obtain the use of the effect.

Packing and storage

1, The powder is packed in double layers with inner plastic and outer braid, each bag weighs 25kg, and the aqueous agent is packed in 200kg~1000kg barrels or shipped by tanker trucks.

2、Store in ventilated and cool warehouse.

3、The effective storage period of the product is 2 years, and the product can still be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
