DS-J2 Retarder type polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent is characterized by high water reduction, high slump-proofing, high reinforcement, low dosage, significant retardation effect and good cement adaptability, etc. It is suitable for the preparation of commercial concrete, high-strength concrete, fluid concrete, self-compacting concrete and large admixture concrete.

Technical performance and characteristics

1, the product is light brownish red, brownish yellow or colorless transparent liquid, the product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive, alkali content is very low, does not contain chlorine ions, the solid content of (10%~30%)±1%.

2, high water reduction, folding solid content of 0.1% ~ 0.4%, water reduction rate of up to 25% ~ 45%.

3, high slump, concrete 1 ~ 2h slump basically no loss, and almost unaffected by temperature changes.

4, high enhancement, concrete 3d compressive strength ratio ≥ 160%, 28d compressive strength ratio > 140%.

5, good applicability to cement, adapt to different types of cement, especially suitable for preparation of high durability, self-compacting and other high-performance concrete with fly ash, slag and other active admixtures.

6, retardation effect is remarkable, can extend the initial setting time of concrete 4 ~ 8h (adjustable), delay the hydration temperature rise of concrete cement, reduce the high temperature rise of concrete 4 ~ 6 ℃.

7, the concrete anti-water secretion, anti-separation performance is good, the concrete pumping resistance is small, easy to transport.

8, trace air-entraining, concrete gas content of 3% ~ 5%, the amount of air-entraining can be adjusted according to user requirements.

Usage

1, the actual use of mixing should be determined by trial mixing. 25% solid content commonly used mixing 0.7% ~ 1.2%, 12% solid content commonly used mixing 1.5% ~ 2.5%, the preparation of high-strength concrete, can be appropriate to increase the amount of mixing.

2、This product should not be compounded with naphthalene water reducing agent, when used together with other admixtures, concrete compatibility test should be carried out.

Packing and storage

1、It is packed in 200kg~1000kg barrels or shipped by tanker truck.

2、Store in clean plastic, fiberglass or stainless steel containers, iron containers are not suitable for storage. Avoid rain and water evaporation, and prevent from exposure to sunlight and frost.

3、The shelf life of the product is 1 year, and it can be used after passing the inspection after the expiration date.
