Measurement Principle
When a water sample is mixed with a conditioner, the lead in the sample reacts with the indicator to produce a colorful complex in an alkaline environment and in the presence of the indicator (TPPS4), and the analyzer detects the change in color and converts this change into a lead value output. The amount of colorful complex generated is equivalent to the amount of lead.
