Integrated wastewater treatment equipment mainly refers to domestic wastewater, such as daily life in the kitchen, bathroom, shower room, laundry room and other living facilities discharged wastewater, due to the presence of sediment, oil, grease, soap, food debris, germs, sundries and other substances, embodied in the water quality indicators, that is, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Suspended Substances (SS) content of high nitrogen and phosphorus content, and high Eutrophication. If it is not treated and directly discharged into water bodies (rivers, streams, lakes, seas and groundwater) and soils, it will make the concentration of organic matter in water bodies and soils too high, and eutrophication of water bodies and soils.


Design principles:

(1) Strictly implement the national regulations on environmental protection to ensure that the water output indexes meet the relevant national and local pollutant discharge standards;

(2) Adopting the current domestic mature and practical treatment process to achieve the requirements of the treatment objectives in a stable and reliable manner;

(3) Under the above preconditions and requirements, the investment is small and the operation cost is low;

(4) The technical route is simple and clear, and the operation and management are convenient;

(5) To build a sewage treatment station on the existing site with beautiful appearance and in harmony with the surrounding buildings according to local conditions.


Drainage water quantity, water quality and discharge standard

1, water quantity: 200 people living water, according to each person daily domestic water 250Kg, then the daily drainage is 50 tons.

2、Water quality and discharge concentration (according to conventional domestic sewage)

BOD5: 100-250 mg/l

CODcr: 150-400 mg/l

SS: 100-300 mg/l

NH3-N: 30-40 mg/l

pH: 6-9


Treatment of water quality standards

The designed effluent water quality implements the standards in the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standards (GB8978-96).

Process flow description:

(1) Pre-treatment (regulating pool)

Sewage by the sedimentation tank out with other domestic sewage summarized into the sewage treatment station, the use of grille pools to isolate the larger impurities and floating objects, sewage flow to the regulating pool, so that both the amount of water can be adjusted, but also equalize the water source. Adjustment pool to take the buried type, the top of the pool can be planted with turf. After regulation of sewage with sewage pumps to upgrade to the biochemical pool.

(2) Aerobic tank

In the aerobic area, the vitality of the polyphosphorus bacteria is restored and the amount of phosphorus exceeding the growth needs is stored in the form of polyphosphorus, which generates energy through the oxidative metabolism of PHB/PHV for phosphorus uptake and polyphosphorus synthesis, and the energy is captured and stored in the form of polyphosphoric acid high-energy bond, and the phosphate is removed from the liquid phase. The phosphorus-rich sludge produced will get discharged in the form of residual sludge in the later operating units, thus removing phosphorus from the system. The synthesis and decomposition of PHB is manifested throughout the biological phosphorus removal process.

(3) Sedimentation tank

This structure separates the sludge carried by the aerobic tank effluent from the clean water. Here, an advection type sedimentation tank is used.

(4) Sludge treatment system

The sludge is aerobically digested, and the stabilized sludge is regularly transported out by septic trucks.


Structure of the equipment

1、NZP-11 type filler

The packing is made of special plastic and resin, with scientific and novel structure, the specific surface area of the packing reaches 1000m2/m3, the specific gravity is light 0.97g/cm3, it is not clogged and easy to hang the film.

The filler is a spherical filler composed of slender ball, network shell and through-center porous column, only direct injection, without fixation, difficult to remove degradation of substances with good effect, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfide removal efficiency is high, no residual sludge.

2、Aeration

Adopt center corridor type aeration, aeration pipe is set in the middle of the pool. In the aeration, the air can drive the water to the two sides of the cycle, the formation of two circulation. The tank is round, so there is no dead space. Its air holes are small, not easy to block, easy to adjust and replace. Oxygen transfer rate is more than 18%, 2-3 times higher than the general aeration head.

3、 Piping

All the pipes of the equipment are made of UPVC pipe, and the connection between the pipes is bonded with UPVC adhesive.

4, grille

Grid selection of stainless steel manufacturing, grid spacing of 2mm, not easy to block, good separation effect and other characteristics.

5、Fan and control cabinet

Fans and distribution cabinets are set up in the fan room, the fan room is equipped with two fans, running alternately. The fan room is placed on the surface of the ground and adopts sound insulation and rainproof structure.

The rotary blower is used for the daily processing capacity of 50m³ or less, which has small volume, high wind pressure, no vibration during operation, and the noise of the blower operation is below 45dB in office; and it has a long service life. The fan has been used for 20 years in the net tank in Japan, with reliable performance.

Daily handling capacity of 50m³ or more using three-leaf Roots fan two, the noise is lower than the domestic fan 10 ~ 20 dB below, reliable performance and long life.

The power distribution cabinet adopts imported electric appliances, and computer “simulation” control system, the main control contents are as follows:

Two water pumps can be automatically backed up, and sound and light alarms can be given when the water level exceeds the warning level. Two wind turbines running alternately, when a fan is damaged, the other can start to make the equipment run continuously; when the sewage flow is cut off, the wind turbine can automatically run intermittently to protect the normal growth of the biofilm.

The control cabinet has automatic protection function for over-current, phase failure, over-voltage, long-term pressure and other fault conditions.

6、Equipment supporting water pump

The pump is a submersible pump imported from Japan, with strong sewage capacity, non-clogging, and can effectively pass solid particles with a diameter of 30-80 mm. The tearing mechanism of the pump can tear the long fibrous material without adding a filter on the pump.

The equipment regulating pool is equipped with two water pumps, one of which is standby, the pump is equipped with electrical protection switch and float switch, automatic coupling device.

Foundation installation, use, maintenance

1、Foundation: If WSZ-F equipment is placed above the floor, it is only necessary to prepare a piece of concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment as the foundation. Foundation pressure needs to be greater than 4T/M2, but also at the same time require level, flat.

If the WSF-F equipment is buried below the ground, the base elevation needs to be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that the rain does not accumulate water, the foundation is generally plain concrete (whether or not reinforced depending on the local geological conditions). In order to prevent the equipment from floating, the foundation should be pre-buried anti-floating ring. (See equipment installation drawings)

2、Installation: according to the installation diagram in place, each box in turn in place, the location of the box, the direction can not be put wrong, the spacing between each other need to be accurate, and connect the pipeline. After the equipment is in place, the bandage should be used to connect the equipment and the anti-floating ring on the foundation to prevent the equipment from floating.

3, in the equipment injected into the sewage, check the pipeline there is no leakage, if not, then in the foundation injected into the water to 30 cm -50 cm, that is, in the box around the soil until the equipment check hole, and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electric control cabinet with the pump, the electric control cabinet with the power supply, wiring, pay attention to the fan, motor steering, need to be the same direction as the fan pointed out.

4, commissioning: sewage pump according to the rated circulation of sewage pumped into the equipment, start the fan for aeration, daily observation of the contact pool filler, such as filler on the growth of an orange or yellow layer of film, this process is generally 7-15 days. If it is industrial organic wastewater, first use the domestic sewage to cultivate a good biofilm, and then gradually introduce industrial sewage for biofilm training.

5, equipment maintenance: WSF-F equipment needs to establish a set of regular maintenance system. The main wearing parts are fan and pump, fan steering can not be reversed. Once the sewage into the fan, need to clean up, replace the oil before use. Before the fan starts, you need to pay attention to whether the air gate is open. The fan needs to be maintained once every 10000 hours of operation. The water pump needs to be maintained once every 5000-8000 hours of operation.


PLC electric control description:

This process treatment control system adopts fully automatic PLC program control, and its control principle is as follows:

1、Automatically start and close the sewage lifting pump according to the liquid level of the regulating pool;

2、Automatically control the sludge pump to return to the flow on a regular basis;

3, fans, pumps are one with a backup, automatic switching;

4, when the regulator pool no sewage, fan according to the time gap aeration;

5, when the sewage treatment system failure automatically alarm.
