01 Product Description

Continuous Winding Glass Fiber Reinforced Pipe is a production method that uses glass fiber and its products as reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as matrix material, manufactured in accordance with continuous winding process, in which the resin, continuous fiber, short-cut fiber and quartz sand are continuously layered according to a/a certain requirement by using the method of circumferential winding, and cut into a/a certain length of pipe products after curing. The equipment has the advantages of convenient process control, low labor intensity, low pollution, good working environment, high production efficiency and stable pipe quality.

02 Performance Advantages

● Corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free pipe can resist acid, alkali, salt, seawater, sewage, corrosive soil erosion of many chemical fluids, and because of its smooth inner wall and excellent corrosion-resistant properties, will not produce scale and microbial growth, basically maintenance-free.

● High-strength pipeline has excellent strength performance, zui large allowable working pressure can reach 6.4MPa, design safety/full coefficient is more than 6 times.

● Excellent hydraulic properties, the inner wall of the pipe is very smooth, the Hazen-Wllliams roughness coefficient C value of the new pipe is 150-165, under the same pipe diameter conditions, the flow rate of this pipeline is 36% larger than that of steel pipe.

● Customized design Pipes have design flexibility and can be designed and fabricated for a combination of applicable technical/technological parameters to meet the needs and requirements of the customer.

● Flexibility and rigidity of the pipe can meet the stiffness requirements of the customer, and the pipe can be adjusted by its own elastic deformation when subjected to short-term overloading (e.g., by a loaded vehicle).
