Polyethylene (modified anhydrous phosphogypsum) double-peak reinforced drainage pipe is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of phosphogypsum, light stabilizers, lubricants, coloring agents, etc. through the co-mingling modification and different molding processes, with the inner wall smooth and the outer wall of a new type of new lightweight pipe with closed corrugation, which is a U-shaped notch and a double-peak structure with a wave peak formed by this “U” shaped notch. The cross-section of the closed corrugation is a “U”-shaped groove, and the “U”-shaped groove constitutes the double crest structure of the crest.
The new pipe has the characteristics of light weight, good toughness, good anti-settlement performance, fast construction, long life, etc. Its excellent wall structure design, compared with other structures of the pipe, the cost is greatly reduced. Product characteristics
1、High ring stiffness: the pipe is made of modified high-density polyethylene material, the material bending modulus is high, up to more than 1250MPa.
2, good flexibility: ring flexibility can be pressed to 30% of the outer diameter (the following figure DN500 ring flexibility test), no delamination of the inner and outer walls, cracking or reverse bending. The pipe has good flexibility and excellent impact resistance.
3, excellent mechanical structure: the pipe adopts one-piece hot extrusion, the outer wave is ring corrugated structure, the inner wall is flat, no fusion joints, structural stability.
