Product Description
Modified HDPE (HDPE-M) double-wall corrugated pipe utilizes ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, ultra-high molecular weight copolymerization capacitance enhancer, nano enhancement agent and special anti-aging additives, which are modified by reciprocating single-screw extruder from BUSS Company of Switzerland, and then extruded into alloy pipe by full-automatic ultra-high-speed alloy pipe production line. Modified high density polyethylene (HDPE-M) double-wall corrugated pipe adopts capacitance material, through the interfacial reaction capacitance method of formulation design innovation, to solve the interfacial phases of ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin and nano-enhancer, through the toughening and capacitance, to obtain ultra-high strength and high rigidity, high toughness and aging-resistant nano alloy material. The rigidity, creep resistance, inner wall smoothness, point load damage resistance, impact resistance and ring flexibility of the product are improved.
