Product Description
High-density polyethylene structural wall hot state winding pipe (Claratube) is a new type of shaped structural wall pipe, made of high-density polyethylene hot winding molding process. The product is made of HDPE as raw material and PP or PE corrugated pipe as auxiliary support pipe, which is a HDPE large-diameter twisted reinforced pipe produced by hot-winding molding process. Because this kind of pipe is introduced by the domestic company from the German Clarke Company, it is commonly known as Clarke Pipe in China. The official name of this kind of pipe in China is: HDPE structural wall hot winding pipe, which is an environmentally safe product with the advantages of light weight, strong pressure-bearing capacity, high interface quality, long service life, corrosion-resistant, high ring stiffness, convenient construction, etc. It is widely used in urban water supply, drainage, long-distance water transmission and agricultural irrigation projects. Caliber from DN300-DN4000, light weight pipe, good overall flexibility, is currently one of the main pipe buried sewage drainage.
Execution standard: National standard GB/T 19472.2-2004 “buried with polyethylene (PE) structural wall piping system Part 2: polyethylene winding structural wall pipe” B-type polyethylene pipe pipe part of the strong pipe.
Product performance
1. High quality of hot state winding molding fusion seam.
2. Excellent installation performance; pipe connection using pre-buried electrofusion wire in the mouth of the same material socket electrofusion connection technology, connection quality is high.
3. Better flexibility products: in the macro on a very good flexibility, and local pipe section has a strong rigidity and overall resistance to external pressure.
4. HDPE can be recycled, is a green product.
5. Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, service life of 50 years.
Application fields
1. Municipal engineering construction, underground rainwater, drainage, sewage pipe sewage treatment plant, waste treatment plant drainage conveyance.
2. Airport, harbor drainage, water seepage.
3. Highway pre-embedded piping.
4. Chemical ventilation pipes, mines for fluid transportation.
5. Agricultural irrigation water, flooding.
6. Petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas.
7. Culvert, tunnel project water diversion pipe and drainage pipe after construction
